In the year 1970 Gerhard Rauch started a one-man-operation with profile grinding for tools and machine designing in a garage in Vienna.

Seven years later, the first company building was built in Vienna-Liesing. The success of Gerhard Rauch made the staff increasing and the location expanding constantly. Due to the constant growth of the company, a second location was set up on a 20,000 m² area in Trasdorf / Lower Austria in 1995. Today, the new site in Trasdorf is equipped with latest state-of-the-art facilities and represents wirh more than 80 employees the heart and the headquarter of the company.

A clear solutioned attitude, innovation, technical competence an our highly skilled and motivated staff are the best prerequisites for excellent quality, great flexibility and healthy growth.

In order, to keep our high level, several apprentices are hired every year. Their education and skilling is our company's investment for tomorrow and the future!
